Thank you for shopping with us. We specialize in sarees and suits and aim to provide high-quality ethnic wear to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund & No Return Policy

We follow a strict No Refund and No Return policy.

Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances except if the product is received in a damaged condition.

We request all customers to carefully review:

  • Product description

  • Fabric details

  • Design & color

  • Size details (if applicable)

before placing the order.

2. Damaged Product Policy (Replacement Only)

We only accept complaints if the product is received in a physically damaged or torn condition.

To request a replacement:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory (starting from sealed package opening)

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All tags must be intact

Without a proper unboxing video, the request will not be accepted.

3. No Refund Conditions

We do NOT accept refund or return for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen display

  • Minor stitching or thread variations

  • Incorrect size selection by customer

  • Delivery delays by courier partner

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

4. Replacement Process

If the product is verified as damaged:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit

We do not provide monetary refunds.
